Need to paint the deck - 15.5 ft by 18 ft

Sand new Merbau Deck to remove putty from screw holes. See picture. Area - 11m x 5m

We have replaced rotten deck board with new ones and would like to sand the old boards that arnt rotten. We just need the sanding done and we will stain the deck after.

Liscenced and experienced builder to construct small deck 3.5 x 3 metres in merbau.

Deck is only 2 years old, was sanded and oiled last summer and due for another coat - just time poor with kids and family life, need someone to do this pretty simple task on our behalf. Roughly 42sqm - will provide oil and wash for deck. Person will need to bring their own tools and sander.

I have a timber porch with jarrah timber and tounge and groove When installed originally the carpenter used secret nails but these have not worked at all. It’s about 3m x 1.5m Unfortunately the boards have moved and I suspect this is because they are settling into the morning sun and also getting some water on the edges. Looking for an expert with some experience to lift them up and install it properly You must have done this before so I know they won’t lift again Pls can u let me know how you will fix it and what screw or nail technique you plan to use. I need someone who knows what to do so this doesn’t happen again.

Needing our deck sanded, nails punched (some are slightly raised) and 2-3 coats of seal/product. Deck is 46m2 merbau.

Looking for someone to make some small repairs to the timber supports under this small deck. A few of the decking boards have sunk and I believe the timber supports underneath needs to be adjusted. The photo with the arrows shows the area needing fixing. Boards are ecoboards and snap-loc clips are uses.

The area is 6.1 meters x 5.1 meters in area. It was originally built in 2010 in Kauri pine. After 8 years I started painting as staining wasn't effective. It was painted 3 years ago in acrylic paint (Merbau colour) and needs sanding and repainting. Some boards have been replaced.

Deck needs to repaired/ sanded back/ repainted.

Hole in the deck for tree trunk; tree has grown and pushed decking up - need to cut larger hole in deck to give the tree room.

We need to fix the spot with the hole with a cover that looks like in the 2nd image. Please quote for labor + wood and advise if you could source a wood that will look similar.

I have one verandah 11m x 1m and one deck 7m x 1.5m approx that need sanding so they can be coated with varnish. The verandah just needs an orbital maintainence sand, it’s in good condition. Maybe a bit of hand sanding around the edges. The deck needs a stronger effort but is less visible as it’s at the back of the house.

Granny flat in mentone requires some maintenance. 1. Light sand and seal front and rear deck with slip resistant stain 2. Fill cracks and holes in pergola and paint in monument. You supply all materials and paint. I will have all the plants trimmed back from the deck prior to commencement.

There are about four or five timber boards on my outdoor deck which have become loose and do not stick in place the wood below them has rot. The boards themselves are all fine, just the timber underneath on a couple is damaged. Not sure on what the best way to repair them is, so looking for some guidance on that. If you find there are other boards that also need repairing (I haven't inspected the entire deck) then I will pay you more on the day. - Due date: Flexible
